Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 September 2026

This policy explains what SportsGPT ("we", "the service") collects when you use sportsgpt.app, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected].

What we collect

What we do not collect

We never receive or store your card number, CVV or bank details — payments are handled entirely by our payment provider. Our activity logs deliberately exclude email addresses, sign-in codes and access tokens.

Why we use it

To answer your questions, to keep your conversation history, to count free answers, to give you access to a subscription you paid for, to prevent abuse of the service, and to fix problems when something breaks.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Conversations and account details are kept while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete them. Payment records are kept longer, because we are required to be able to show what was sold and when.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its conversations. Write to [email protected] from the email address you signed in with, and we will answer within 30 days. You can also clear the site's cookies in your browser at any time — this ends the anonymous session, and any conversation that was not attached to an account is lost. If you installed the site as an app, removing it from your home screen uninstalls the app itself, but does not remove the stored files described below. To remove those too, use "Clear site data" in your browser — clearing cookies alone does not.

Cookies and storage on your device

We use cookies for the visitor identifier described above and, once you sign in, for your login session. We also use advertising cookies set by Meta (Facebook), which let us tell whether a visit came from one of our ads. You can clear them, or block them in your browser, without losing access to the service.

Visiting the site makes your browser keep copies of the files it is built from — its styling, its scripts and its icons — together with a small page that says "no connection" instead of a browser error when you are offline. This happens on an ordinary visit, whether or not you install the site as an app: installing it does not change what is stored. These are the same files any visitor downloads to view the site. They contain no personal data and none of your conversations, and we never read them back. You can still install this site as an app on your phone if you want an icon on your home screen.

Children

The service is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
