These terms govern your use of sportsgpt.app ("SportsGPT", "the service"). By using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
What the service does
SportsGPT answers questions about sports — fixtures, teams, players, statistics and comparisons — using AI together with sports data from third-party providers.
No guaranteed outcomes
Everything the service produces is information and opinion, not advice, and carries no guarantee of any kind. We do not guarantee that an answer is accurate, complete or current, and we do not guarantee that any predicted result will occur. AI models make mistakes, and sports data providers sometimes publish errors or update figures after the fact.
Any decision you make after reading an answer — including any decision involving money — is yours alone, and you are responsible for its consequences. We are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service.
Betting and local law
SportsGPT does not accept bets, does not place bets on your behalf, and is not a bookmaker or a betting service. Gambling is regulated differently from country to country and is illegal in some. Complying with the law where you are is your responsibility.
Age
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
Accounts
You may sign in with a Google account. Keep access to it secure: anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Do not impersonate anyone or use someone else's account.
Free use and subscriptions
A limited number of answers is available without an account. Beyond that the service requires a paid subscription. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you pay.
Payment, renewal and refunds
Payments are processed by our payment provider, not by us; their terms apply to the transaction itself. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time — cancelling stops future charges and leaves your access running until the end of the period you already paid for. If a payment was taken in error, or the service failed to deliver what you paid for, write to [email protected] and we will sort it out.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to break the law or to harm anyone.
- Do not scrape it, automate it, or resell access to it.
- Do not attempt to overload it, bypass its limits, or probe it for weaknesses.
- Do not upload content you have no right to share.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Availability
We do not promise that the service will be available without interruption. We may change features, limits or prices, and we may stop offering the service. If we stop, we will not keep charging for it.
Intellectual property
The site, its design and its texts belong to us. Your questions remain yours. You may use the answers you receive for your own purposes.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
